After 20 years navigating careers in private banking, leading teams at Citi and UBS, founding and exiting my own female travel company and joining the C-suite of an ecommerce company as COO, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of building a career, especially without a strong, supportive network. I have often seen the same pattern repeat: talented women feeling isolated, unsure of where to turn for advice, or simply left out of crucial conversations. I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why I created Peer Suite.

Throughout my career, I've managed teams, mentored up-and-coming professionals, and helped shape leaders. But what I craved—and what I saw others needing—was a community that made it easy to connect, ask questions, and get real, actionable advice from women who understand. A space to grow together, without the typical stuffy networking events that felt uninviting or male-dominated.
