Rebecca van Dijk founded Peer Suite after a 20 year career spanning private banking at UBS and Citi, serving as COO of a fast-growing start-up, and building and exiting her own travel company.

Throughout her career, she was often the only woman in the room and found that the networks and support systems she needed simply didn't exist.
